In accordance with the Italian law 196/2003 on privacy, we report the articles 10 and 13. According to art.10 of the Italian law 196/2003, regarding privacy and personal data protection, we inform you that the personal information you provide us by completing the present form is subject to treatment by Tod’s S.p.A., with respect to the above mentioned law, making use of the proper tools and instruments necessary to guarantee the security and the privacy of the data. The use of the data you give us could be also made through authomatised instruments that are able to memorize, manage or transfer the above mentioned data, always respecting the rules linked to Dlgs 196/2003. Just in case you send us data considered “sensitive” by the law, because they reveal a health status (psychophysical eligibility or belonging to protected categories), they will be treated respecting both articles 26, 33 of Dlgs 196/2003 and Enc. B. You have the right to refuse the treatment of your data for promotional or commercial information, the sending of advertising material or market researches (article 7, comma 4, letter B of Dlgs 196/2003).
