The headquarter
Nestling among the green hills of Italy’s Marche region, the headquarters of the TOD'S Group is impressive yet unobtrusive, built in harmony with its natural surroundings. It reflects the blend of tradition and innovation that forms part of the Group’s DNA. It is located in Brancadoro, near Civitanova Marche. The white marble building has huge windows that let the light flood in.
The interiors are decorated with a magnificent collection of contemporary art, including site specific pieces such as “Wave”, a spectacular wave-shaped steel staircase designed by Ron Arad, 900 kites made from rice paper, bamboo and string, by the Japanese artist Jacob Hashimoto, a bronze sculpture by artist Igor Mitoraj, a marble crocodile by Giovanni Manganelli, and works by Anselm Kiefer and Vanessa Beecroft.
The manufacturing hub is unique for its distinctive architectural concept and is now the largest production centre for luxury footwear in Italy. It boasts a two-storey external square structure of 55,000 m2, overlooking some 65,000 m2 of open green space.
This exceptional setting is home to offices and technical workshops; it is here that the Group’s collections are crafted every day, thanks to the care and attention shown by TOD'S professionals at every stage of production.
This is the world where the TOD'S Group creates contemporary luxury. It was one of the first Italian companies to build an onsite crèche and gym for staff, demonstrating how the wellbeing of its employees and their families are of utmost importance.
